Residents feel at home with their own personal belongings in their private bedrooms. The 17 private bedrooms are divided into nine private-bath units, and eight shared-bath units. Shared bath units have a hand sink in the private bedroom. All areas are ADA compliant with features such as wide doors, walk-in showers with grab-bars.
Residents may paint their own units. We do require that the unit be painted back to its original color when the lease expires. Residents may also choose to have a small refrigerator for personal beverages and snacks.
Northville Senior Living cannot accommodate pets.
The entire facility is smoke-free except for a designated enclosed smoking area.
